Wealth planning

Our Wealth Planning Specialists work with clients to:

• Provide health checks on clients’ succession plans for their various types of assets identifying action areas (setting up of trusts or foundations, private trust companies, writing of wills and establishment of other succession planning devices)
• Actively co-ordinate the succession planning process by working with and drawing on the expertise of external experts (lawyers, accountants and professional trustees and advisors)
• Review their residency options considering various angles and introducing the relevant advisors as may be required
• Assist clients in applying for residency permits in Hong Kong under the Capital Investment Entrants Scheme (CIES) and renewal visas under the scheme
• Manage complex wealth planning requirements and acting as the project leader of teams of diverse external specialists
